Returns
We typically do not accept returns on collector and limited-edition items unless they come damaged, faulty, or inaccurate.
You must get in touch with us within 14 – 30 days of receiving your product in order to be eligible for a return.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns
Only if your order is canceled before to shipment or if an item is received damaged or incorrectly will you receive a refund.
Refunds that are approved will be returned to the original payment method you used.
Depending on your payment source, please take 5–10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
Trades
Items are only replaced if they are broken or faulty. Please get in touch with us within seven days after delivery if you need to exchange a product for the same one.
Orders in Advance and Limited Editions
Limited-edition and pre-order Labubu dolls are all final sale.
Pre-order cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless we are unable to deliver the product.
Return Delivery
If a return is accepted, you will be liable for the cost of return postage unless we made a mistake (item was damaged or incorrect).
Since we are unable to ensure that returned items will be received, we advise using a tracked shipping service.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
There are no refunds or returns for mystery boxes, gift cards, or sale products, if any.
